In anticipation of Kanojo, Okarishimasu 3rd Season's release, a stage event featuring voice actors of the cast was held at the AnimeJapan 2023 festival on March 25, 2023. The series was released on Blu-ray in two volumes from November 29, 2023, to December 20, 2023. The anime adapts chapters 104 through 167 of the manga.
